Bristol event to offer garden furniture inspiration

11/10/2010 A new event is being held in Bristol next year that is ideal for those looking for some garden furniture inspiration.

Organised by the Bristol Evening Post, the event will allow gardening enthusiasts to view gardens, talk to experts and get to grips with all the latest trends.

The three-day event is due to take place between April 15th and 17th 2011 in popular city centre locations, including The Mall and Cabot Circus.

If it proves to be a success, the affair could become a regular feature on the city's calendar.

Dawna Stickler, managing director of Bristol News and Media, said: "We would like to get schools and community groups involved in the project as our ambition is to make this event as varied as possible."

A number of new trends for garden furniture sets emerged following the spoga+gafa garden trade fair in Cologne last month.

Wickerwork and natural shades were both predicted to be popular in the near future and bright red was said to be the accent colour of choice.  ADNFCR-3488-ID-800108985-ADNFCR
